Raddle is a brainstorming community and entrepreneurs organization rolled into one. Being a Raddle Founding Member is a uniquely cool way for solopreneurs, small business owners and others in the independent workforce to build with others because smart entrepreneurs know—when it comes to how to start your business, how to build your business, and how to get your business out there, TOGETHER is the best way forward.
The Raddle community is different than your typical entrepreneur group or online business club. You actually build WITH fellow Raddlers, brainstorming as you go to grow your business, and it’s all made possible thanks to Raddle’s Founding Members.
Who are Raddle’s Founding Members?
Each Raddle “Entrepreneur” and “Community” member (we call them Raddlers) we’ve accepted into our beta is considered a Founding Member. Entrepreneur members book brainstorm sessions (Raddles) + Community members participate in them. And some Raddlers do both!
It’s hard to get buy-in from people before you’ve proved something works. So trying it out is an effective way to find out if it does. It’s also a great way to improve as you go. But in order to do that, you need brave souls to try it out with, and that’s where our founding members come in.
Our Entrepreneur members are the ones starting or building their small business or startup, in many cases pivoting post-COVID, and vulnerably sharing their hurdles along the way in order to brainstorm solutions with strangers, which is some rock star shit right there. Our Community members are spending their own free time activating their inner problem solver to support people they’ve never met (and having fun doing it). Yup–they’re rock stars too.
So who are all these rock stars?
🤘🏾Entrepreneur members are startup founders and solopreneurs and small business owners and independent contractors and nonprofit professionals and the list goes on!
🤘 Community members are product marketing and business strategy professionals, business owners, artists & musicians, retirees and teachers, bartenders and restauranteurs, and that list goes on too!
A handful of Raddle Founding Members are included on our new About Us page.
Since we launched our beta, we’ve hosted LOTS of Raddles. Each 20 minute session features one solopreneur, small business owner, or independent worker with a topic they want to brainstorm about, and we assemble a diverse mix of fellow Raddlers to bounce ideas around with. (Some of the sessions filled up so fast we’ve had to turn brainstormers away which is a pretty amazing problem to have. Luckily–there are plenty of other booked sessions to participate in.)
Along the way, we’re learning a TON which will help us create the most effective virtual business brainstorming solution out there. So yeah–we’re feeling pretty darn excited about how things are going so far!
These brainstorming examples are a few recent topics from actual Raddles:
- small business social media content ideas
- business naming
- mission-driven entrepreneurs organization
- business strategies for surviving covid-19
- doing business during coronovirus
- how to start a business
- marketing tools for small business
- steps to becoming a grant writer
- how to increase retail foot traffic
- reaching new clients
- new marketing ideas
- pivoting your business during COVID-19
I say this all the time, but we’re building WITH our community of Raddlers because WE are smarter than ME. Plus, there’s no such thing as a know-it-ALL, am I right?! That’s why our Founding Members are encouraged to share feedback directly with our team throughout the beta process so together we can build the most awesome, rock star brainstorming experience possible.
There’s Still (a Tiny Bit of) Time to Become a Raddle Founding Member
Regardless of how big our unique ‘entrepreneurs organization’ grows, Raddle Founding Members will always hold a very special place in our hearts for taking this early leap with us. It’s inspiring to see the rewards beginning to unfold for those who are joining early, and I expect that to not only continue but to expand as we do.
